Maximum patron occupancy is 5 people at a time.
Patron time within the Library is limited to 15 minutes.
Everyone inside the building is required to wear a mask.
Use hand sanitizer provided upon entering.
Observe social distancing guidelines of 6 feet.
Only one family group permitted in the children’s area at a time.
Please don't stress about the time limit! Many patrons routinely spend less than that when here, and have been pleasantly surprised at how long 15 minutes last when browsing through the stacks.
We know that part of the fun of going to the Library is bumping into neighbors and friends. If time runs out while you're inside, we have a solution. You can continue your visit on our lovely deck in one of our exceptionally comfortable folding chairs. Feel free to schedule visits with friends as well, just pop in and let me know how many chairs you need. Dress warmly, the wind hums through here a bit. Chairs will be available during our open hours, and we ask that you remain masked and distanced while visiting to comply with the Governor’s orders. It will take a little intentionality, but visiting with others by a lovely Library with a glorious view is a pretty great way to get some much-needed social interaction.
If you are unable to come into the building and need our services, please contact us via 348-2899 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make arrangements to meet your needs. You can also check out our curbside page here.
As we’ve all seen, circumstances change rapidly, and our ability to adjust and adapt swiftly is important. If any changes to our operation are needed, we’ll do our best to inform you quickly. If you would like to receive our email newsletter, let us know and we'll add you to the list.
